摘要
食品生产过程中添加剂的加入,在提升食品的品质、口感的同时也带来了一定的安全隐患。因此,在食品生产过程中,做好食品添加剂测定工作是非常必要的。文章对分光光度法在食品添加剂含量测定中的应用进行了综述,并展望了分光光度法在食品添加剂含量测定中的应用前景。
Adding additives in food production not only enhances the quality of food taste but also brings a certain degree of food security. Therefore, it is very necessary to detect food additives in the process of food production. The paper reviews spectrophotometric method application in the detection of food additive, and looks forward to the spectrophotometric method in the detection of food additives in future.
