摘要
目的 :研究不同期哮喘患者外周淋巴细胞 β肾上腺素能受体数量及功能的变化。 方法 :用放射配基结合分析及放射免疫分析法测定外周淋巴细胞 β肾上腺素能受体和血浆cAMP、cGMP水平 ,同时测定通气功能。结果 :缓解期哮喘患者外周淋巴细胞 β肾上腺素能受体最大结合量 (Bmax)较正常人明显增高 ,平衡解离常数 (Kd)亦增高 ,血浆cAMP水平无显著差异 ;发作期哮喘患者 β肾上腺素能受体Bmax较正常人显著降低 ,Kd值无明显差异 ,而血浆cAMP水平则显著降低。结论 :哮喘时 β肾上腺素能受体的改变与哮喘患者所处状态有关 ,是其发病过程中伴随出现的病理变化。
AIM:To study the changes of β-adrenoceptors in peripheral lymphocytes at different stages of asthma. METHODS:β-adrenoceptors in peripheral lymphocytes, cAMP and cGMP levels in blood plasma were measured by radioligand binding assay and radioimmunoassay.RESULTS:Bmax and Kd of β-adrenoceptors in asthma at remission stage were markedly higher than that in normal subjects, while cAMP levels in blood plasma were not different between them. Bmax of β-adrenoceptors and cAMP levels in blood plasma in asthma at acute exacerbation stage were significantly lower than that in normal subjects, Kds between these two groups were not much different. There was no correlation between β-adrenoceptors, cAMP and cGMP levels in blood plasma and ventilatory functions.CONCLUSIONS:Changes of β-adrenoceptors in asthma rather be a pathological change accompanied by the course of the disease than a primary defect.
