电针对哮喘豚鼠肺中β受体和cAMP含量的动态变化的影响 被引量:7

Effect of Acupuncture on Active Change of Content of Betaadrenoceptor and cAMP in Lung Tissue of Asthmatic Guinea Pigs

摘要 采用放射配基结合分折法和蛋白结合分析法,分别测定实验性过敏性哮喘豚鼠肺组织内β受体最大结合量(Bmax)和cAMP含量的动态变化,以及电针刺激对哮喘发作的初期(第1天起给予刺激)与后期(第9天起给予刺激)的影响。结果表明,哮喘豚鼠肺组织中β受体Bmax值和cAMP含量,哮喘发作的第8天及第14天时明显低于对照组;电针刺激可使哮喘豚鼠肺组织内β受体Bmax值和cAMP含量,无论在发作的初期还是在后期均能恢复至正常水平,但电针刺激对正常豚鼠未见有影响。 Radioligand-binding assay and protein-binding ashy are applied. The change on the content of beta-adrenoceptor Bmax and cAMP in the lung tissue of guinea pigs with experimentally allergic asthma is determined and the influence of the galvano-acupuncture. Stimulation on them in the earlier days (stimulated from first day on) and in the later ones (done froom the ninth day on) of asthma atack is observed. The results indicate that betaadrenoceptor Bmax and cAMP in the lungs of the guicea pigs with asthma is significantly lower than that of the control group when it is on the eighth day and the fourteenth day in the course of asthma. Galvano acupuncture can make the content of beta-adrenoceptor Bmax and cAMP in the lung tissue of guinea pigs with asthma restore to their normal level no matter whether they are stimulated in earlier or later when attack of asthma begins, but it does not influnce the normal guicea pigs.
