摘要
目的分析探讨知识管理在药品检查工作中的应用。方法通过分析目前药品检查工作中的难点,以及知识管理的发展趋势,理解知识管理的意义。结果药品检查工作作为药品监管的重要环节,涉及的专业和技术知识有较高的要求,需要使用信息化手段对其进行管理。结论知识管理作为信息时代已经普遍应用的实践方法,可以对药品检查的知识进行归类和整理,帮助药品检查员更好的掌握药品检查知识,并有效地运用到检查工作中去。
Objective To study and summarize the method of Knowledge Management （KM） used in the work of drug inspection. Methods By analyzing the difficulties in cause of drug inspection, and developing trend of the KM, the significance of KM was further understood. Results As a very important component of the drug supervision, drug inspection highly requires for the professional and technical knowledge. In this view, informatization methods can play an indispensible role in this domain. Conclusion As a practical method widely used in the information age, KM can be applied in the domain of drug inspection to classify and arrange the knowledge for drug inspection. KM provides an easy way for drug inspectors to learn and control the inspection knowledge, and effectively use it in the drug inspection.
