摘要
知识审计是一个动态的流程 ,它对组织知识资源进行系统的、科学的考察和评估 ,分析组织的知识基础和知识需求 ,提出诊断性和预测性的审计报告。本文阐释了知识审计的概念内涵和实施知识审计的原因 。
Knowledge audit(KA)is the first step in the knowledge management.It's a dynamic process which is a systematic and scientific examination and evaluation of knowledge resources in the organization.KA investigates and analyses organizational knowledge basis and knowledge demand and produce a diagnostic and prognostic report on the current knowledge health.The concept,principles,processes and methodologies of KA are given in this paper.
