摘要
介绍了常用基因治疗技术的一般方法、常用载体 ,以及一些基因治疗技术在神经系统疾患方面的应用研究 .
This is a brief introduction to some basic techniques and vectors of gene therapy and some trends were involved in this field. The emphasis of this introduction is laid on the present application research of gene therapy in nervous system dieseases.
