摘要 基因治疗作为一种新型的疾病治疗手段,正在广泛用于多种疾病的治疗领域.简单介绍了基因治疗的基本途径和临床应用. Gene therapy is a method that can cure disease through introducing foreign gene to the body.It is a new biology technique and widely used for treating many diseases.The status gene therapy including the basic methods,gene expression and its clinic application was presented in this article.
