目的 探讨硬脑膜静脉窦的分型。方法 在 1 5 0例成人硬脑膜标本上解剖观察各窦的走向及其接受的静脉属支。结果 静脉窦的分布与硬脑膜结构相适应 ;各组窦均有各自主要的引流区域 ,且各组窦之间有大量的交通支。结论 硬脑膜静脉窦可分为颅顶、中、底及侧窦
Objective To explore morphological patterns or types of venous sinuses of the dural mater.Methods The trend of course and the attributed branches of all venous sinuses in 150 adult dural mater specimens were observed.Results The distribution of the venous sinuses was adapted to the structure of the dural mater,every type of the sinus having its main collecting area,with a lot of communicating branches between different types.of sinuses.Conclusion The venous sinuses of the dural mater can be classified into four different patterns or types,namely top,middle,bottom cranial sinus type and lateral sinus type.
