摘要
目的 研究中药清肝饮对大鼠肝纤维化模型胶原纤维 (CF)和网状纤维 (RF)的影响。方法 以四氯化碳建立大鼠肝纤维化模型 ,用免疫组化染色 ,通过图像处理 ,分析 CF和 RF的面积 ,并观察了肝细胞核 /浆比值的变化。结果 与造型对照组比较 ,清肝饮的早期和晚期治疗组 CF和 RF平均面积均减少 (P <0 .0 5~ 0 .0 1 ) ;早期治疗组的肝细胞核 /浆比明显升高 (P<0 .0 1 )。结论 清肝饮具有延缓肝纤维化进程 。
Objective To investigate the effects of Qing Gan Yin on collagen fibers(CF) and reticular fibers(RF) in hepatic fibrotic rats.Methods Experimental hepatic fibrosis was induced by Ccl 4 in rats.One group was treated by Qing Gan yin and another group was served as contol.The average areas of CF and RF,and nucleus/cytoplasm(N/S) ratio of liver cells were studied with immuno histochemistry methods.Results The average areas of them in the therapeutic rats at both early and late stage decreased obviously as compared with those in control group (P<0.05~0.01).N/S ratio of liver cells at early stage elevated in rats treated with Qing Gan Yin (P<0.01).Conclusion Qing Gan Yin can delay the process of hepatic fibrosis and also relieve the degree of fibrosis.
