摘要
目的:总结分析急性酒精中毒患者的急救方法和护理措施。方法:对2012年6月～2012年8月期间我院急诊科收治的100例急性酒精中毒患者的临床资料进行回顾性研究。结果:经过及时的抢救和精心的护理,在这100例患者中,有69例患者在三天内痊愈出院。在未出院的31例患者中,有26例患者因进行了外科清创缝合而留院观察,有3例患者被送往神经外科住院治疗,有1例患者被送往骨伤科住院治疗,有1例患者因发生窒息而死亡。结论:进行及时有效的抢救和精心的护理是挽救急性酒精中毒患者生命、避免其发生严重并发症的主要手段。
To summarize the first aid and care of patients with acute alcohol measures. Methods： A retrospective emergency department of our hospital from June to August 2012, 100 patients were treated in the diagnosis and treatment of patients with acute alcoholism. Results： 26 cases surgical debridement suture, three cases to send the Neurosurgery continue treatment, one cases sent orthopedic deaths. Conclusion： acute alcoholism patients should pay attention to the timely detection of complications, timely diagnosis and treatment.
