摘要
目的探讨不同血透模式对尿毒症患者β2微球蛋白的清除效果。方法尿毒症患者50例随机分为研究组(高通量血透组)和对照组(普通血透组)各25例,比较两组透析前及透析3个月后PTH、BUN、Cr水平。以及透析前及透析2 h末及透析3个月后β2-MG的水平。结果研究组透析后2 h及透析结束时β2-MG较透析前及对照组均明显降低(P<0.05)。研究组透析后PTH、BUN、Scr上述指标较透析前及对照组均明显降低(P<0.05或P<0.01)。研究组透析后下降率较对照组高(P<0.05)。结论高通量透析方式可以明显降低β2微球蛋白水平,提高对β2微球蛋白的清除率,其清除效果明显优于常规普通透析法,值得推广和应用。
Objective To investigate the effect of different dialysis mode of clearance of β2-microglobulin in uremic pa tients. Methods The patients with uremia of 50 cases were randomly divided into study group (high-flux hemodialysis group) and 25 cases of the control group (HD group), pre-dialysis and dialysis three months later of PTH, BUN, and Cr level were compared. And pre-dialysis and dialysis of the end of two hours and after 3 months β2-MG levels were compared. Results After 2 h in the study group of dialysis and dialysis at the end of β2-MG compared with pre-dialysis and control group were significantly lower (P 〈 0.05). Studied the group of dialysis, PTH, BUN, Scr compared with pre-dialysis and control group were significantly lower (P 〈0.05 or P 〈0.01). The rate of decline in the study group of dialysis compared with the control group elevated (P 〈0.05). Conclusion The high-flux dialysis can significantly reduce the level of β2-microglobulin, to im prove the clearance of β2-microglobulin, the clear effect was better than the conventional ordinary dialysis method, worthy of promotion and application.
