摘要
目的观察普米克令舒、爱全乐联合雾化吸入治疗AECOPD的临床疗效。方法将确诊AECOPD患者114例随机分为治疗组58例,对照组56例;对照组常规给予吸氧、抗感染、补液、止咳化痰平喘、纠正电解质紊乱及酸碱失衡及对症处理,治疗组在此基础上加用普米克令舒、爱全乐联合雾化吸入治疗7 d。观察治疗前后FEV1、PaO2、SaO2、PaCO2、治疗有效率及不良反应。结果治疗组肺功能及动脉血气分析较治疗前改善(P<0.05),且均改善优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。且治疗组与对照组均未见不良反应。结论普米克令舒、爱全乐联合雾化吸入具有安全显著的治疗AECOPD的作用。
Objective To study clinical effect of Pulmicort combined inhalation of Atrovent treatment AECOPD. Methods A total of 114 patients with AECOPD were randomly divided into the treatment group of 58 cases, 56 cases of the control group; The control group was given routine oxygen, resistance to infection, rehydration, cough and phlegm and asthma, cor- rection of electrolyte disturbance and acid-base imbalance and symptomatic treatment, the treatment group was based on combined with Pulmicort, atrovent combined atomization inhalation treatment 7 day. Before and after treatment, obserred FEV1, PaO2, SaO2, PaCO2, therapeutic effect and adverse reaction. Results The treatment group the pulmonary function and arterial blood gas analysis were improved after treatment （P 〈 0.05）, and all were better than the control group （P 〈 0.05）; the total effective rate of treatment group was significantly higher than that of control group （P 〈 0.05）. And the treatment group compared with the control group showed no adverse reaction. Conclusion Pulmicort, latrovent combined at- omization inhalation has obvious therapeutic effect on AECOPD security.
