摘要
目的了解神经外科护士心理健康状况。方法应用一般情况调查表及症状自评量表对神经外科与神经内科护士进行问卷调查与分析。结果神经外科护士SCL-90评分的总分、阳性项目数、部分因子分均高于神经内科护士。结论神经外科护士心理健康水平较差,有必要引起重视,并采取一定措施加以改善。
Objective To understand the neurosurgeical nurses＇ psychological healthy condition. Methods With the appli cation of finite element method and Symptom Checklist-90（SCL-90）to investigate and analysis the nurse＇ psychological healthy condition in the a neurology ward and a neurosurgery ward. Results The neurosurgeical nurses＇Symptom Check- list-90 （SCL-90）were higher than the neurological nurse＇ in the total scores the positive rate and the part factors scores Conclusion The neurosurgeical nurses＇ psychological healthy condition are poorer than others. We should pay attention and take some measures to improve the condition.
