摘要
结合象山隧道地质特征,通过对全断面、半断面帷幕注浆的工艺流程、注浆参数选择、注浆材料、注浆效果的分析,提出软弱围岩处理过程中要确保施工安全、降低水害风险、采用动态设计;全断面、半断面帷幕注浆封堵采用信息化跟踪注浆工法和快挖快封技术,对软弱围岩处理具有实践性指导意义。
Combining with Xiangshan tunnel geology features, the paper analyzes the full section and half section curtain grouting procedures, grouting parameter selection, grouting materials and grouting effect, puts forward some advices, such as ensuring construction security, reducing water damage risk and applying dynamic design in soft surrounding rock treatment, applying informational following grouting technology and fast excavation and fast sealing technology in full section and half section curtain grouting, which has practical meaning for guiding soft surrounding rock treatment.
