摘要
利用硫化物的还原作用,将Fe(Ⅲ)还原成Fe(Ⅱ)离子,然后Fe(Ⅱ)离子在pH 3~9下,与邻菲罗啉反应。生成橙红色络合物,在510 nm波长下测总铁。通过优化显色液浓度,反应时间,反应圈长度,进样环长度等优化,在最佳测定条件下利用该方法测定江河湖水样中的硫化物,可以得到良好的线性工作曲线,S2-的浓度在5~800μg.L-1范围时,标准曲线的线性方程为y(mV)=0.6494X-2.0928,相关系数R2=0.9991,该方法具有良好的线性。加标回收率在94.22%~110.49%,最低检出限1.6μg.L-1.相对标准偏差(RSD)为1.842%(n=10)。该方法可用于分析环境水样中的硫化物。
Use of sulfide reduction the Fe (III) recovered from the Fe (II) ion . Fe ( II ) ion in the pH3 - 9, and then reacted with the 1, 10 -Phenanthroline monohydrate, generate orange-red complex, in the 510 nm wavelength measurement under total iron. Through the optimization show color liquid concentration, reaetion time, reaction lap length, sample ring length and so on optimization, in the optimum determination conditions by using the method for determining the sulfide rivers sample lake, can get good linear curve, the standard linear equation curve for y ( mV ) = 0. 6494 X - 2. 0928, correlation coeffieientr = 0. 9991. S^2- concentration in 5 -800 μg·L^-1 range, this method has a good linear. Recovery ranges of sulfide are 94.22% - 110.49%, the lowest detection limit 1.6 μg·L^-1. Relative standard deviation (RSD) is 1. 842% (n = 10). Using this method, the analysis of water environment sulfide, and the result is satisfactory.
