摘要
用硫代硫酸钠与氯乙酸制备脱毛剂(UHN),并用红外光谱、离子色谱和元素分析对其结构和含量进行了表征,证明了产物主要成分为巯基乙酸。用UHN与硫化钠分别对绵羊皮做脱毛处理,继而经过浸灰,脱灰,软化,浸酸,铬鞣后,用革样制备组织切片,对比脱毛效果及纤维分散情况。结果表明,UHN的脱毛效果明显,纤维分散均匀,作为脱毛剂可部分或全部取代传统的硫化碱脱毛,以降低制革二价硫及硫化氢污染。
A unhairing agent for making -leather was synthesized by chloroacetic acid and sodium thiosulfate. The percent conversion and chemical structure of main product was characterized by IR, IC and EA. The results showed that the essential component of product, called UNH, is mercaptoacetic acid. A contrast experiment between UNH and sodium sulfide is sheepskin unhairing. The effect of unhairing was evaluated from maneuverability in processes and fiber dispersion in histomorphology after liming, deliming, bating, pickling and chrome tanning. It was found that UNH can remove completely wool as sodium sulfide. The collagen fiber configuration of two kinds of unhairing methods was very similar to each other. UNH can be used as unhairing agent in leather manufacture to take the place of sodium sulfide partly or entirely. Using UNH is helpful to reduce the pollution of S^2- and H2S in unhairing process.
