摘要
文章对现有的填料塔中水吸收CO2体系的操作条件进行分析研究。分析了CO2的浓度,空气流量、吸收剂用量等因素对填料吸收塔的吸收效率的影响,通过单因素和正交实验验证,确定最佳的实验操作条件:空气流量为1.5 m3/h,清水流量为400 L/h,CO2流量为40 m3/h。
The paper embarked a research and analysis on the operating conditions of existing column which the included water can absorb CO2 system. And analyzed the efficiency influence of COils density, factors and so on air flow and absorbent amount used to the padding absorption tower's absorption. Through the single factor and the orthogonal experimental verification, it obtained the best operating condition: the air flow was 1.5 m^3/h, the clear water current capacity was the 400 L/h, and the CO2's current capacity was 40 m^3/h.
