摘要
在内径为100mm的填料塔内,以空气-水为物系,对新开发的塑料星形填料的流体力学和传质性能进行了测定。通过对实验数据的回归分析,推出了其填料层压降、液泛气速和液相总体积传质系数的关联式。
In the packing tower with 100mm inner diameter,taking air-water as medium to have hydrodynamic property of star-shaped plastic packing tested and analyzed,the result shows that by regressing experimental data,the correlated expressions of the pressure drop,the factor of flooding point,the liquid holdup and velocity,as well as the overall volumetric mass-transfer coefficient can be obtained.The research results benefit its industrial application.
