摘要
随着药物的普遍使用,研究药物与人血清白蛋白的作用机理不仅可了解药物的运输、代谢过程;而且对临床用药、药物设计、新药开发具有重要指导意义。文章综述了药物小分子与人血清白蛋白相互作用的研究手段。
Along with the wide usage of drugs, research of interaction between drugs and HSA not only can understand the mechanism of drug transport, metabolic process： but also have important guiding significance for clinical drug using, drug designing and development of new medicine. The study methods of the interaction between drugs small molecules and HSA were reviewed.
