摘要 应用荧光光谱法研究了吲哚美辛与人血清白蛋白(HSA)的相互作用.发现吲哚美辛对HSA的荧光有较强的猝灭作用.采用两种计算结合常数KA的方法,并对两种计算方法进行比较.探讨了温度对吲哚美辛与HSA结合反应的影响,得到了不同温度下的结合常数KA与结合位点数n值.进一步探讨了一些金属离子对吲哚美辛与HSA结合常数的影响.根据热力学常数确定了它们之间的主要作用力类型. The interaction between indomethacin and human serum albumin (HSA) was studied by means of the fluorescence quenching method. The binding constants were obtained at different temperatures. The effects of metal ions on the binding constants were discussed. According to the thermodynamic parameters, the mare acting force between indomethacin and HSA was determined.
