摘要
研究了以锌泥为原料,采用二氧化碳法制备纳米级氧化锌的生产工艺,考察了乳化、合成、干燥、煅烧等工艺过程,结果表明:锌浆固液比为1/4,反应温度为80℃,反应压力为0.8 MPa,搅拌速度1000 r/m,碳化时间90 min,煅烧温度400℃,煅烧时间120 min,得到的纳米级氧化锌产品粒径小于50 nm,比表面积在50 m2/g以上,应用该工艺建成了一套1000 t/a的生产装置。
The paper researched a carbonizing method to prepare nano-zinc oxide using zinc oxide mud as raw material. The main process includes emulsifying of raw material, carbonizing reaction, preparing the intermediate zinc hydroxyl carbonate, drying and calcining. The experiment condition includes solid-liquid ratio of slurry, reaction temperature, pressure, carbonizing reaction time, and calcining temperature and time of zinc hydroxyl carbonate. The best experiment condition is as follow: solid-liquid ratio: 1/4, reaction temperature: 80 ℃, reaction pressure: 0.8MPa, reaction time: 90minutes, stirring speed: 1000 r/m. calcining temperature: 400 ℃, calcining time: 120 minutes. It has been found that particle size is less than 50 nm. It is shown that the carbonizing method mentioned is a potential way to prepare nano-zinc oxide, application of the technology into a set of 1000 t/a production.
