摘要
为了解BMY牛血液理化指标随年龄的变化规律。用自动分析仪法对30头不同年龄阶段的BMY的39项血液理化指标进行了检测。结果表明:WBC、RBC、P、ALP等部分指标随年龄增长而降低;PLT、TB、Crea、LDH、ALT等指标随年龄增长而升高;URIC、Ca、AMY、AST等指标在不同年龄段变化不明显。表明各项指标的测定结果均未超出正常范围。
In order to learn the law of change about blood Physiology and Biochemistry Indexes with age,30 heads of BMY at different age stage were chosen to detect 49 Blood Physiology and Biochemistry Indexes by Automatic analyzer.The results showed as follow,some indexes,such as WBC,RBC,P,ALP were tended to be decreased with the age.Some indexes,such as PLT,TB,Crea,LDH,ALT were tended to be increased with the age;some indexes,such as URIC,Ca,AMY,AST had no significant regularity at the stage of deferent ages.All the indexes were within the normal range.
