摘要
目的:观察芪参益气滴丸对冠心病不稳定型心绞痛患者的影响和安全性。方法:将60例冠心病不稳定型心绞痛患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例,两组患者均给予硝酸酯类制剂,β受体阻滞剂,阿司匹林肠溶片,调脂药物等常规综合治疗,治疗组在此基础上加服芪参益气滴丸,疗程4周。疗程结束评定中医症候、心电图及心绞痛指标。结果:治疗组心电图及心绞痛改善优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组中医症候改善优于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者均未出现明显的不良反应。结论:芪参益气滴丸能改善冠心病不稳定型心绞痛患者的临床症状,提高临床疗效,且无不良反应,是治疗冠心病不稳定型心绞痛的有效、安全用药。
Objective：To observe the impact and the safety of Qishen Yiqi Diwan against coronary heart disease in patients with UA.Methods：60 cases of coronary artery disease with UA patients were randomly divided into the treatment group and control group,30 patients in each group,the two groups of patients were treated with nitrates preparations,beta blockers,aspirin enteric-coated tablets,lipid lowering medicine conventional therapy,the treatment group to add services on this basis the Qishen Yiqi Diwan 4 weeks.At the end of the treatment,assessment of TCM symptoms,ECG and angina indicators.Results：The treatment group ECG and angina improvement than the control group （P0.05）;the TCM syndromes improvement of was better than treatment group that of the control group （P0.05）;two groups of patients were no obvious adverse reactions.Conclusion：The Qishen Yiqi Diwan can improve the clinical symptoms of coronary heart disease in patients with UA;improve the clinical efficacy and adverse reactions,the treatment of unstable angina,medication safety.
