摘要
文章基于产业组织理论的SCP研究范式,从市场结构、市场行为和市场绩效3个方面,对电信产业发展的中外文献进行了梳理和综述。通过文献研究发现,中国电信产业在市场结构不断改善的情况下,市场行为发展却并不成熟,市场绩效也并不理想;针对中国电信产业的市场行为研究还有很多不足,需要在未来的产业研究中予以加强。
Based on the theory of industrial organization, this paper summarizes and reviews the domestic and foreign literatures about the development of telecommunication industry from market structure, market conduct and market performance. Through researching on literatures, it finds that when market structure of Chinese telecommunication industry is improving, the development of market conduct is not good enough, and the market performance is not satisfactory. At the same time, it also shows the study of market conduct of Chinese telecommunication industry is insufficient. Therefore, it is necessary to enhance this research in future.
