摘要
农家书屋工程在全国实施以来发展迅速,但也面临诸多问题,本文提出根据当地农村社会生活现状及特定用户需求,集中资源,选择一两个服务领域进行重点建设特色农家书屋的发展思路,通过为现实用户配置特色资源、开展特色服务促进农家书屋的长效发展。当前,各地应从实际出发,将特色农家书屋创建为农村儿童文化素质教育基地、农技知识培训基地以及特色产业资源中心等。
The 'village libraries' are developing rapidly,and are confronted with problems as well.This paper propose that the libraries should care for the needs of the readers from their living conditions,and focus on one or two fields as the libraries′ characteristics,so that they would provide the farmers with featured resources and thus promote their long-term development.For the current time,they should be the education base for the children,the technology promotion center,and the center of local industrial resources.
