摘要
农家书屋工程作为推动新农村文化建设的重大基础工程已广泛展开,但就该工程建设管理来看,尚存在着缺乏社会实践和理论依据支撑、自主管理难以实现、服务对象错位、农民接受能力有限等问题。因此,研究农家书屋工程建设的科学管理问题,意义重大。
The Project of Countryside Library has been steadily undertaken as an infrastructural project for promoting the new countryside cultural construction.Judging from project management,however,there are problems as the lack of practical and theoretical support,the difficulty in self management,the wrong positioning of objects,and the limited reception among peasants.It is of vital importance,therefore,to figure out a scientific managing mechanism.
