摘要
自20世纪90年代"世界经济合作与发展组织"(OECD)提出"知识经济"理念以来,世界各国普遍认识到文化已经成为了一种特殊的"能源",能够为社会发展带来强大的动力。"创意产业"作为知识经济的重要组成部分,迅速成为西方主要发达国家用以作为实现产业转型升级的核心领域。中国也在深化市场经济以及参与全球化的进程中,加速了创意产业发展。对于创意产业的兴起与发展历史化,并联系当代中国社会变迁的语境,将创意产业的兴起与发展视为当代中国公共政策转型的重要体现,做出深入的剖析。从而为更好地理解中国创意产业的发展,提供一种不同于产业和主流学院派研究的、富于批判性的知识维度。
Since the formulation of the concept of "knowledge economy" by The Organization for Eco- nomic Cooperation and Development (OECD) during the 1990s, many countries in the world have recognized that culture has become a special "energy source," which can promote social develop- ment. As an important element of knowledge economy, the creative industries quickly become the core industries for economic upgrading in many western countries. China also speeds up her develop- ment of the creative industries during the process of deepening marketization and globalization. The paper tries to historicize the emergence of the creative industries and make analysis in the context of China' s social transformations. The author argues that the concept of creative industries should be un- derstood in light of China' s public policy change. This is a critical perspective different from knowl- edge provided by industry and mainstream academia.
