摘要
基于T.L.列式,采用四边形四结点混合壳元对平板透缝爆破片的力学响应进行了弹塑性有限元分析。结果表明,变形和应力集中主要发生在终止小孔内圈,尤其是孔桥间连线的边缘局部区域。在可能的桥长变化范围内,结构爆破压力与桥长间存在显著的正比关系。
Based on 4-nodes quadrilateral mixed interpolation shell element and Total Lagrange formulations, elastic-plastic finite element analysis was made for the mechanical behavior of circular radial slotted plane rupture discs. The conclusions are as follows: the highest stress and strain focus on the concentric circle of inner pinholes, especially the small areas located on margin of pinholes in the direction of bridge. In the large range of bridge length between inner pinholes, the rupture pressure is positively proportional to the bridge length remarkably.
