摘要
目的评价脉血康胶囊辅助治疗外伤性非大面积脑梗死的临床疗效。方法治疗组60例在常规治疗基础上加用脉血康胶囊;对照组58例施行常规治疗。治疗1个月,随访2个月后对两组近期、远期临床疗效进行比较。结果两组近期临床疗效总有效率治疗组为76.9%,对照组为69.4%(P<0.05)。治疗前后两组神经功能缺失评分(nerological functional deficit scores,NFDS)比较有统计学意义,治疗组改变较对照组显著(P<0.05)。两组的长期临床疗效比较无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论脉血康胶囊在一定程度上可降低外伤后脑梗死的发生率、致死、致残率,促进外伤后脑梗死患者神经缺损功能的恢复。
Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of Maixuekang capsule（MXKC） on traumatic non- massive cerebral infarc- tion. Methods One hundred and eighteen patients were randomly divided into two groups：Control group （n= 58） treated with con- ventional treatment,and treatment group （n= 60） treated with conventional treatment and MXKC for 1 month. The clinical efficacy was compared at 1 month and 2 months. Results The total clinical efficacy was 76.9% and 69.4% in treatment group and control group,respectively（P〈0.05）. Before and after treatment,there was significant difference in the neurological functional deficit scores （NFDS） between two groups,and the change in treatment group was significantly compared with that in control group（P〈0.05）. There wou no significant difference in long - term clinical efficacy between two groups （P〉0.05）. Conclusion MXKC could reduce post - traumatic cerebral infarction,the incidence of death and disability. It could promote the recovery of the nerve defect in patients with post-traumatic cerebral infarction,and improve quality of life.
