摘要
目的 :探讨脉血康胶囊治疗急性脑出血的疗效及安全性。方法 :60例急性脑出血病人随机分成 2组。脉血康组 ,男性 14例 ,女性 16例 ,年龄 ( 51±s11)a ,用脉血康胶囊 750mg ,po ,tid ,4wk为一个疗程 ;对照组 30例 ,男性 13例 ,女性 17例 ,年龄 ( 53± 10 )a ,不服用脉血康胶囊。 2组均给予相同的常规治疗 (甘露醇、脑活素、维生素等 )。结果 :脉血康治疗组总有效率为 87% ,对照组为 60 % ,2组疗效组间比较经Ridit分析 ,P <0 .0 5。脉血康组并能有效地降低血清总胆固醇。未发现明显不良反应。结论 :脉血康胶囊是安全而有效的治疗脑出血药物。
AIM:To evaluate the effect of Maixuekang capsules in the treatment of acute cerebral hemorrhage. METHODS:Sixty patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage were randomly divided into two groups. Thirty patients of Maixuekang group [M 14, F 16; age(51± s 11 )a] were treated with Maixuekang capsules 750 mg, po , tid for 4 wk, another 30 patients of control group[M 13, F 17; age(53±10)a] were treated without Maixuekang capsules. The two groups received the same conventional therapy(mannitol, cerebrolysin, vitamines etc ) for 4 wk. RESULTS: The total effective rate was 87 % in Maixuekang group and 60 % in control group; there was significant difference between the two groups(Ridit analysis P <0.05). There were no adverse reactions. CONCLUSION: Maixuekang capsules is a safe and effective drug for treating the acute cerebral hemorrhage.
