摘要
目的:观察左归饮合活络效灵丹治疗老年单纯收缩期高血压患者的临床疗效。方法:将60例老年单纯收缩期高血压患者随机分为两组。对照组采用苯磺酸氨氯地平治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上采用左归饮合活络效灵丹,1周为1疗程,治疗4个疗程后进行疗效比较。结果:治疗前后降压疗效情况比较,治疗组总有效率90.0%,对照组为70.0%,两组比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。中医证候疗效比较,治疗组总有效率93.3%,对照组为66.7%,治疗组效果明显高于对照组,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用左归饮合活络效灵丹是治疗老年单纯收缩期高血压的有效方法。
Objective ： To observe the clinical effect of Decoction of Zuo - gui and Pill of Huo - luo Xiao - ling on senile isolated systolic hypertension （ISH）. Methods ：60 cases with ISH were divided into two groups randomly. Control group was treated with Amlodipine Besylate Tablet, and treatment group was treated with Decoction of Zuo - gui and Pill of Huo - luo Xiao - ling. One treatment course included one week, and after four treatment courses the curative effects were compared with in the two groups. Results ： On the effect of cutting down blood pressure the total effective rate was 90% in treatment group, and 70% in control group. There was significant difference between the two groups （P 〈 0. 05 ）. On the effect of syndrome the total effective rate was 93.3 % in treatment group, and 66.7 % in control group. Treatment group was higher more than control group, and there was significant difference between the two groups （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： Decoction of Zuo - gui and Pill of Huo - luo Xiao - ling has good and reliable effect on senile isolated systolic hypertension.
