摘要
城乡教育一体化是缩小城乡义务教育差距、实现教育公平的重要途径。在城乡教育一体化推进过程中,农村小规模学校有着不可替代的作用。针对农村小规模学校运行中可以放大的优势与不可以放大的优势、可以避免的劣势与不可以避免的劣势,我国可以采取以下策略促进城乡教育一体化:合理推进农村小规模学校标准化建设,保证农村小规模学校教师质量的整体提升,改进农村小规模学校教学评价,加强义务教育的网络资源开发与利用。
The integration of urban and rural education is an important way to narrow the gap of urban and rural compulsory education and realize equitable education.Rural small-scale schools play an irreplaceable role during the process of integration of urban and rural education.Our country can take the following measures such as promoting the standardized construction of rural small-scale schools,enhancing the overall quality of teachers in rural small-scale school,improving the teaching evaluation of the rural small-scale school,strengthening the network resources development and utilization of compulsory education to promote the integration of urban and rural education.
