摘要
健康包括心理健康和生理健康两方面的内容。大学的体育教育不仅是身体健康的教育,还包括心理健康的教育。良好心理素质的培养需要渗透到课堂教学中。课堂心理环境不仅对课堂教学效果产生影响,更对学生身心发展产生影响。文章就大学生心理现状及如何促进体育教学中心理健康教育进行探讨。
Health consists of mental health and physical health.College PE includes not only the education on physical health,but also the education on mental health.Good cultivation of psychological qualities needs the penetration into the class teaching.Psychological environment in class has a great influence on the effects of class teaching,as well as on the development of students＇ body and mind.The paper carries on discussions about college students＇ psychological status,in addition to how to promote the psychological education in college PE.
