摘要
目的:研究体育锻炼对大学生心理健康的调适和作用。方法:采用实验对比法和数据分析法对习惯运动和非运动群体学生的心境,非运动群体学生运动前后的心境进行研究。结果:通过锻炼行为产生更积极的心理效应,焦虑、抑郁、少积极心境等状况都有所改善。结论:积极参加体育锻炼对学生的心理有积极的的调适作用。
Objective: To study the adjusting effect of athletic exercise to mental healthy state of college students.Method: An investigation was carried out to 200 college students(aged 17-18) with "BFS mood measuring scale".Data were analyzed and compared between motion-loving group and non-motion group,and between pre-and post-exercise of non-motion group.Result: Athletic exercise had active effect on mental health.It could improve mood condition,and relieve anxiety,depression,and passivity.Conclusion: Besides of strengthening mental guidance and intervention to students,active participation of athletics is a good way for them to adjust mood.
