摘要
目的:以中医、西医、内服、外用、手术、综合疗法等多种方式治疗肛周湿疹,以期为肛周湿疹临床治疗提供一种不仅疗效确切、安全、且不易复发的治疗方案。方法:通过查阅近年来有肛周湿疹治疗的相关文献并对其进行整理、归纳、分析。结果:各种疗法中都有效果良好的病例。结论:肛周湿疹的疗法较多,临床上要结合实际,选择合适的方法治疗。
Objective：To treat perianal eczema with different methods like traditional Chinese medicine,western medicine,oral administration,external application,surgery,comprehensive therapy,and etc.and provide a perianal eczema clinic treatment protocol which not only has definite therapeutic effect,but also is safe,and has less recurrence.Method：Literatures on perianal eczema treatment in recent years have been sorted,summarized,and analyzed.Result：Cases with good effect happened in various therapies.There are many treatments for perianal eczema.Conclusion：Therefore,in clinic application,the appropriate method of treatment should be selected according to the practical situation.
