摘要
为探讨祛湿散治疗湿热型肛周湿疹的临床疗效，将55例湿热型肛周湿疹患者随机分为治疗组（29例）和对照组（26例），分别应用祛湿散和派瑞松软膏2周．并对比分析其临床症状及疗效。结果显示，瘙痒程度、皮损面积、皮损形态方面治疗组优于对照组（P〈O．05），治疗组总有效率明显高于对照组（x2=9．653，P=0．022）。结果表明，祛湿散治疗湿热型肛周湿疹疗效优于派瑞松软膏．能有效改善瘙痒症状及皮损表现，不良反应轻微。
For the objective of investigating the clinical therapeutic effect of dampness-eliminating powder for perianal eczema of the damp-heat type fifty five patients with this disease were randomized into two groups,patients in the study group（n =29） received Dampness-eliminating powder treatment,while pa- tients in the control group（n =26） received Pevisone ointment treatment. Clinical symptoms and therapeu- tic efficacy were observed after two week＇s medication. As results,itching extent,area of skin lesion and ap- pearance of skin lesion in the study group were better than that in the control group（ P 〈0.05）,and the general improvement rate in the study group was higher than that in the control group（x2 =9. 653, P = 0. 022）. It is concluded that the Dampness-eliminating powder can ensure a better therapeutic efficacy,can effectively improve pruritus and its symptomes, eg. skin lesions,and has mild adverse reactions only.
