摘要
随着病情的发展,慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)常伴发多系统损害。肝脏由于其特殊的解剖学结构、病理生理特点以及肝、肺相关的脏腑传变更容易受累。文章从中西医角度探讨COPD从肝论治的理论及临床依据,并分析了肝脏与COPD、肝与肺的中西医共性,为COPD的诊治提供新的思路,更好的发挥中医药治疗内科疑难病的优势。
Along with the growth of the chronic obstructive pulmonary disease（COPD）,it is usually associated with multi-system damage.Due to the special anatomical structure and pathophysiological characteristics of liver,the viscera related to liver and lungs is easily to be affected.This article,from the perspectives of Chinese and western medicine,discussed theory and clinical evidence form treatment from the liver of COPD,and analysed the TCM and western medicine commonness between liver and COPD as well as liver and lung.So it can provide the new diagnosis and treatment of COPD,better taking the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine to treat the miscellaneous diseases.
