摘要
检索1980年1月至今有关经前期综合征病因病机、证侯症状、治疗及相关动物实验的文章共449篇,其中明确阐述与肝有关约占86%。结合经前期综合征的主要临床表现,分析经前期综合征的病位主要涉及肝肾脾心,以肝为主,病机与精气血津液失调密切相关。
Articles are retrieved from 1980 January up to now about premenstrual syndrome pathogenesis,disease mechanism,syndrome symptoms,treatment and animal experiments in a total of 449,among which explicitly described the disease was related to liver accounted for about 86%.Combination of PMS major clinical manifestations,PMS is associated with liver,kidney,spleen and heart,but liver is given priority to.Disease mechanism of PMS is closely related with disorders of essence,qi,blood and body fluids.
