摘要
目的:优化暑热宁合剂中葛根素的高效液相色谱法测定条件。方法:色谱柱:Xterra188 Waters RP C18(250mm×4.6mm,5μm);检测器:Waters2998二级管阵列检测器(DAD);工作站:Waters Empower;流动相:乙腈-水(10:90);流速:1mL/min;检测波长:250nm。结果:该条件下可使暑热宁合剂中主要成分葛根素达到较好的分离,阴性无干扰。结论:该方法操作简便,结果准确可靠,可实现该样品的简便、准确、快速、经济实用的分析。
Objective:To optimize the chromatographic conditions in determining Puerarin in Summer Heat Ning Mixture.Method:Xterra188 Waters RP C18(250mm×4.6mm,5μm)column;detector:waters2998;workstation:waters Empower.The motile phase:acetonitrile-water(10:90),the flow rate was 1mL·min-1,and the detection wavelength was set at 250nm.Results:This condition can make the Puerarin achieve good separation.Conclusion:The proposed method was simple,accurate and precise;help to a simple,accurate,fast and inexpensive analysis of the adenosine phosphates.
