摘要
目的研究知母人参与不同比例石膏配伍后人参皂苷Rb1含量变化。方法采用C18-ODS柱(4.6mm×150 mm,5μm),以乙腈-水系统(30∶70)洗脱,流速1.0 mL/m in,检测波长203 nm。结果知母人参加入不同比例的石膏后,人参皂苷Rb1含量发生变化。结论一定比例条件下,石膏可增加人参皂苷Rb1含量。
Objective To study the contents of Ginsenoside RbI in different groups of Rhizoma Anemarrhenae and Radix Ginseng compatible with Gypsum Fibrosum. Methods Separation was performed on CIS (4.6 mm× 150 mm, 5 μm ) analytical column. Acetonitrile-water ( 30 : 70 ) as mobile phase. The flow rate was 1 mL · min^- 1 The detected wavelength was 203nm. Results The contents of Ginsenoside RbI changed when Gypsum Fibrosum was added into the group of Rhizoma Anemarrhenae and Radix Ginseng. Condusion Some ratios of Gypsum Fibrosum can increase the contents of Ginsenoside Rb1 in the group of Rhizoma Anemarrhenae and Radix Ginseng.
