摘要
目的:探讨穴位注射骨髓间充质干细胞对心肌梗死模型大鼠室性心律失常的影响。方法:60只SD大鼠随机分为假手术组、模型组、心肌注射干细胞组、穴位注射干细胞组,采用结扎左冠状动脉前降支方法复制心肌梗死模型,穴位注射干细胞组造模成功72h后心俞、至阳、膻中每穴位注入骨髓间充质干细胞0.3mL(1×1010/L),7、14、28天后监测心电图。结果:心肌注射干细胞组、穴位注射干细胞组室性心律失常与模型组比较,差异无统计学意义。结论:穴位注射干细胞未增加室性心律失常的危险。
Objective:To explore the acupoint injection of bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells in the rat model of myocardial infarction ventricular arrhythmia.Methods:60 SD rats were randomly divided into model group,myocardium injection group and acupuncture acupiont injection group.The left coronary artery was ligated for establishing a model of myocardial infarction,72 hours after myocardial infarction,0.3mL bone mesenchymal stem cells(1×1010/L)were transplanted by acupoints of Xinshu,Zhiyang,Danzhong.7,14 and 28 days after myocardial infarction,electrocardiogram was monitoring by monitor.Results:Compared with the model group,the difference was not statistically significant.Conclusion:Acupoint injection of stem cells doesn't increase the danger of ventricular arrhythmia.
