转基因植物核酸检测策略与体外扩增技术研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 转基因生物(Genetically modified organisms,GMOs)特别是转基因作物的商品化应用在世界范围内迅猛发展,在推动农业、医药和工业等领域的飞速发展的同时也逐步吸引越来越多公众注意力,生物安全问题成为突出的争论话题。转基因作物及其产品的快速准确检测成为社会发展的急切需求,转基因技术的多样化也要求检测策略和检测技术的不断改进。系统综述针对各种作物转基因技术和转基因产品的检测策略和技术,全面比较各种技术的特点和适用范围,并对目前面临的问题和发展趋势进行分析。 Commercialization of Genetically modified organisms(GMOs),especially Biotech crops are developing rapidly in the worldwide,which have contributed to the rapid progress of the agriculture,medicine,industry production,and become more and more a public concern.Biological safety is getting to be a serious issue for both public and scientific community.The development of society urgently demands the quickly and precisely detection technology for biotech crops and their additional products.The diversity of transgenic technology also requires the strategies and techniques for the frequently improved detection.This paper systematically reviewed the strategies and detection techniques for all kinds of transgenic techniques and Genetically modified products,compared the characters and suiting range for the application of all kinds of techniques.The emerging challenges and developing trends for the biotech crops detection were also dissected.
