摘要
应用尺寸优化设计方法,采用Optistruct优化设计软件的尺寸优化模块对某整车试验台架进行了结构优化设计。通过尺寸优化分析得到结构各梁的厚度值,并结合分析结果进行了3次改进,得到了结构的最优化形式。优化后的整车试验台架结构,可在保证功能的同时实现减重15.4%的目标,由此验证了优化设计方法对结构改进设计的有效性。
With the application of size optimization module based on Optistruct,the basic frame structure of some vehicle test device had been optimized.The beams thicknesses of the frame were obtained by size optimization and three times of improvement were made based on analysis result to obtain the optimal structure form.The optimized vehicle test bench structure could meet design function and reduce weight by 15.4%,therefore guarantee the effectiveness of the optimized design method on improved structure design.
