摘要
以轻量化作为目标函数,刚度和固有频率作为约束条件,对某两吨货车车架进行结构拓扑优化设计,经计算获得满足约束条件的拓扑形态,在此基础上将其进行抽象,提取实际车架模型,并对此模型进行了有限元分析.
Making the lightening of frame weight as an object function and using the stiffness and the natural frequency of frame as constrain conditions, a topological optimization design for structure of a two-ton truck frame is carried out, and the topological configuration meeting the constrain conditions is obtained by calculation. Then a model for the real frame is abstracted and analysed using FEM.
