摘要
目的观察综合疗法治疗寰枢关节半脱位的临床疗效。方法运用随机数字表法将2008年12月—2011年12月佛山市南海区丹灶医院骨科住院治疗的86例寰枢关节半脱位患者分为对照组和观察组,对照组患者仅进行牵引配合手法治疗,而观察组患者则在牵引配合手法复位治疗基础上加用中西医药物进行治疗,4个疗程结束后,对其临床疗效进行评价。结果观察组患者治疗总有效率(95.35%)明显高于对照组的(81.40%)(P<0.05)。结论采用牵引、手法治疗及中西医药物相结合综合治疗方法对寰枢关节半脱位患者进行治疗可取得满意的效果,且该方法安全可靠。
Objective To investigate the efficacy of atlanto-axial subluxation by comprehensive therapy.Methods We collected the clinical data of 86 cases of patients with atlanto-axial subluxation who were treated in the department of orthopedics in our hospital from December 2008 to December 2011.Patients were divided into control group and observation group by using a random number table,patients in the control group were given heavy-weight traction in combination with tact reposition,patients in the observation group were given heavy-weight traction and tact reposition combined with western medicine and traditional chinese medicine treatment,the clinical efficacy of each group were evaluated after 4 courses.Results The total efficient rate was higher in the observation group than that in the control group（95.35% vs 81.40%,P0.04）.Conclusions The comprehensive therapy obtained satisfactory curative effect for atlanto-axial subluxation patients,and it is safe and reliable.
