摘要
本文运用开放式创新理论,结合中国油气资源企业的特征,对鄂尔多斯盆地苏里格气田开放式创新过程进行了探索性的案例研究。从外部环境、内部资源和商业模式三个维度阐述了苏里格气田开放式创新的形成机理。研究结果初步表明:开放式创新是一种适应以苏里格气田为代表的非常规油气资源勘探开发的创新模式。
This paper, under the concept of open innovation and the characteristics of Chinese oil and gas resources enterprises, studied open innovation of Sulige Gas Field in Ordos Basin. This paper expounds its form mechanism through external environment, internal environment, and business model. The results showed that ： open innovation is an innovative model for the exploration of unconventional petroleum like in Sulige Gas Field.
