摘要
目的:探讨艾叶水煎液外用对小鼠、豚鼠瘙痒及皮炎模型的影响。方法:艾叶水煎液外用对右旋糖酐致小鼠瘙痒模型的影响、对2,4-二硝基氯苯(DNCB)致小鼠接触性皮炎的影响、对磷酸组胺致豚鼠皮肤瘙痒模型的影响。结果:大、中、小剂量(0.75g/cm2、0.5 g/cm2、0.25 g/cm2)艾叶水煎液组均显著减少小鼠右旋糖酐所致的瘙痒次数、耳损伤程度、耳壳重量差、血清IL-4的含量,提高磷酸组胺致豚鼠瘙痒的阈值。结论:艾叶水煎液外用对小鼠、豚鼠瘙痒及皮炎模型有治疗作用。
Objective：To explore the external curative effect of mugwort decoction in pruritus and dermatitis mice,guinea pigs model.Methods：Observe the decoction of mugwort water to the dextran in mice model of pruritus,the 2,4-dinitrochlorobenzene（DNCB） contact dermatitis in mice models,the phosphorylation of histamine induced itching model of guinea pig.Results：Large、middle、smalle（0.75g/cm2、0.5 g/cm2、0.25 g/cm2）mugwort water decoction can significantly reduce the number of dextran induced pruritus,damage of the right ear dermatitis in mice,weight value of auricular and serum levels of IL-4,improve the itching caused by histamine phosphate threshold in guinea pigs（P0.01）.Conclusion：Mugwort water decoction has remarkable external curative effect on pruritus and dermatitis mice,guinea pigs model.
