摘要
湿疹是一种临床常见的过敏性、炎症性皮肤病,是由各种原因引起的慢性复发性疾病,常反复发作。因目前湿疹的发病机制尚不确定,现动物模型只是反映湿疹的某些特点,多为急性湿疹动物模型。基于对湿疹中西医临床病症特点分析及对现有动物模型大量实验研究,形成如下湿疹动物模型制备规范(草案),以期为该模型的相关研究提供参考。
Eczema is a common type of allergic and inflammatory skin disease,which is caused by various causes and recurrent attacks. Because the pathogenesis of eczema is uncertain,the present animal model only reflects some characteristics of eczema,and most of these models are acute eczema. Based on the analysis of the characteristics of clinical symptoms of Chinese and western medicine in eczema and the large number of experimental studies on the existing animal models,this article forms the following specifications（ draft） for the preparation of animal models of eczema.
