直接寻找法和猪尾探针法吻合56例外伤性泪小管断裂的病例分析

摘要 目的:探讨直接寻找法和猪尾探针法吻合外伤性泪小管断裂的有效性。方法:对外伤造成的56例泪小管断裂的住院患者,在显微镜下行直接寻找法和猪尾探针法吻合,并留置硅胶管,术后随访6～12个月。结果:通过直接寻找法吻合50例,猪尾探针法吻合6例。治愈46例,好转10例。结论:绝大多泪小管断裂患者可以直接找到鼻侧断端,断裂较深使用猪尾探针亦能吻合成功,联合硅胶管的植入能有效治愈泪小管断裂。
