The Application of Trimethylsiyl Group as Protective Group in Organic Synthesis

摘要 就三甲基硅基作为保护基保护含杂原子的有机官能团 ,如羟基、羧基、氨基等作一概述 。 Trimethylsiyl group is widely used in the protection of organic functional groups involving hetero atoms, such as hydroxy, carboxyl and amino group.The conditions of protection and deprotection and the selectivity of the reagents are discussed.
